Locked until they sign in. Then their games and apps, food to the seat, their time, rewards and friends, all in your venue’s name and colours.
Lock screen. Every PC stays locked until a player signs in: a QR scan, a code sent to their phone, a username and password, or a ticket from the counter. While it waits, it shows what is popular in your venue tonight.

Questions venues ask
What is Clavian?
Software that runs a gaming cafe. It locks each PC until a player signs in, bills play time by the minute, and gives staff one console for the floor, passes, food orders, payments and shift close.
Who is it for?
Gaming cafes, esports lounges and LAN centres, from a single room of PCs to chains and franchises. Consoles, sim rigs, VR and pool tables are billed the same way, started by staff.
Do I need a server in my venue?
No. Every PC, staff device and phone connects directly to Clavian’s cloud, hosted in India. There is nothing to install in a back room and nothing to back up.
What happens when the internet drops?
Players keep playing. Each PC holds a signed record of the time it has been given and enforces it on its own. Your settings decide what happens if that time runs out while the connection is down.
How do players pay?
At launch, cash and counter UPI through the till, with GST invoices. Online payments and wallets follow in Q1 2027.
What does it cost?
Founding venues use Clavian free for their first six months. We agree pricing with you before that period ends.
When can I start?
We soft launch with founding venues and early sign-ups in mid-November 2026. Request early access and we will contact you about setup and timing.
Can my venue use its own name and logo?
Yes. Your venue’s name, logo and colours appear on the PC lock screen and, later, in the player app.
