Privacy notice
Short version: we keep your cafe’s name, city and phone number so we can talk to you about early access, and nothing else. Ask and we delete it.

What we collect
When you claim a founding spot, we keep three things: your cafe’s name, its city, and the phone number you give us. That is all the form asks for.
The site has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising cookies.
Why
To contact you about early access: setting up your cafe, the soft launch, and what we are building. We may call or message you on WhatsApp.
We never sell your details or share them with anyone for their own marketing.
Where it is kept
In a database run by Cloudflare, which hosts this site. Cloudflare Turnstile checks each form submission to keep bots out; it looks at signals from your browser, not your identity. Cloudflare also keeps short-lived logs of visits to any site it hosts, including IP addresses.
How long
Until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it to talk to you about Clavian. We go through the list at least every six months and remove what we no longer need.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, at any time. Email hello@clavian.io from anywhere, or reply to any message we send you, and we will do it within 30 days.
This notice covers the clavian.io website. The Clavian product will have its own privacy policy before venues and players use it.
